Are these B4 or B5 measurements? The aluminum b5 steering parts look much smaller (thinner) than the stock plastic which is why I was originally asking. If they suck and don't work properly then it is a non issue and I'll just move on

Parts were all B5

Part performs great, no problems...

Thanks to everyone that posted the screw hardware links..

Just picked up a set of the Ae alloy for B5.

By the way looks like the hard parts are heavier as well. Put on rear hubs and uprights and added a few grams. Lol

I may chase grams but in this case the sarcasim font is needed.

Swap that R10 out of your SC10.2, otherwise its going to waste Novel approach running the motor wires through chassis brace, mine are too short for that. I'd like to hear how often you need to unsolder them, after a few months,

I'm planning on giving those grams back when AE finally releases the aluminum hubs with the vertical ballstud mount those things are SWEEET!

Nice, i did that to mine two weeks ago since we are on low/medium bite. Only difference was i kept my batterystrap, i only cut the middle out

I have tried the alloy steering to the stock and there is no feel difference in the car driving it.. the alloy stuff you will need to use locktite to keep ballends in... and they are a little heavier. I took it back out after having the ballstud loosen up twice... and now run the stock stuff.

nice wiring job but you limit a lot of tuning on a mid motor by limiting yourself to one battery position.

who makes the solid battery pins that the wires soldier to ?? and who sells them....
