the build on B5m is a 3 + 1 on rear toe and droop. Anybody change insert and what did you see? Going to read up on it now.

I put an avid triad on today. For those that run the triad on the B5, did you use the stock spring and end washer?

Yes, I'm running the stock B5 spring and washer with the Triad on my B5. Works great.

I guess the Schelle version of the triad comes with it's own spring. Anyone tried it? I was thinking of giving it a go...

Another thing that helps is run the smallest spur possible. I'm running 66/33, puts the motor that much farther back.

The Triad verison comes with its own spring too and end washer. I bought mine when they first came out and the end washer does not fit the B5 top shaft...or the AVID spring. If the end washer from AVID had fit I would have used it. My guess is that both AVID and Schelle will have an end washer that works with the B5 soon if not already.

Schelle has one it's a washer the spring sits in and fits over shaft, it come as a stand alone buy or in his slipper setup
I bought just the bits for $9
Comes with
-spring
-washer
-the washer and cone washers for inner of slipper (not needed just basically extras if you already have slipper assembly)

rcshox.com 2 stage pistons are the best investment I could ever have bought. The car runs smooth and plush and doesn't bounce or kick. They also gave me traction with the way they feel. I would recommend these to everyone on here
