The motor holes helped with temps though, alot.
I have a new chassis on order now.
With the aluminum topshaft, screw kit, and shorty I am at 1560.
Glad I asked I was about to do it. I'm at 1600 now. My screw kit and top shaft will be in Wednesday. What should I drop weight wise you think?

Attention to detail. Just because it's only 1/2 gram it all adds up. Shorten all your wires, 14 gauge motor wires, short servo, check your tire/wheel weight some are heavier than others, ditch the VTS clutch for the old V2 or a AVID/Schelle slipper, Lunsford makes some sweet front axles, MIP will have there aluminum pucks out soon, Amain makes a 2S pan car battery that has enough power for a stock heat. This should get you close to minimum.

If you're looking for a flat arm tower call SDRC they had 3-4 in stock on Friday when I was there.

Promatch racing has a 90c 3500 mah shorty that weighs 158 grams. They have a 90c 4800 mah shorty that's 218 as well. All Promatch packs now come with a test sheet that has the Internal Resistance of the pack you just purchased.

Promatch Lipos are very good performing batteries.
