I tried that, the guy I bought from ended up having none in stock and the only other one on ebay is from the UK.

According to Exotek, the TRF201 is compatible with the B5 one and is in stock. I assume it is the exact same dimensionally, only probably slight differences in anodizing color. Mike should be able to confirm.
That was my next step after asking here but STLNLST helped me out.

Over the years I've had so many people step up and help me out with things that I try to return the favor whenever possible. Should we be at the same race and you beat me with it I want it back having fun is the bottom line.

I doubt anybody has, or would need to. And only if you were already running the softest spring you can, and needed to go softer.

Drilling a 4th inner hole will not stiffen the rear, it will soften it.

Has anybody tried the Associated titanium screws yet? Was wondering how the quality compares to Lunsford.

Was thinking more so using it to get a little more grip and trying to maintain the way it jumps and lands as much as possible without going softer on a rear spring.

What were you wondering about them? I know the protek ones are pretty good, and shaves quiet a bit of weight.

I know its an extra $50 bucks but...

The Lunsford Ti screw kit is far superior to the Chinese made ae/protek kits. The fit and finish, screw thread depth, materials used (higher grade of Ti used) will outlast any other kit. I have used cheaper Chinese made Ti screw and was blown away by the Lunsford product. You will be able to tell when the Chinese made hex heads strip and the Lunsford ones remain intact. You also get more in the Lunsford kit with front/rear shock length screws. No brainer $50.

Hey Trevor! I really am waiting for the Schelle kit. I'm expecting Lunsford quality without the screws below the chassis. Looking to keep those stock i think.

I haven't tried AE or Protek. Lunsford are great. I did buy some off brand for a back up diff and they were not bad. Did not have the finish of the Lunsford but they screwed in just as well. Lunsford does come with entire kit, like over 100 screws and you get every screw. Don't know about protek or AE. It is quite a price difference.

Protek titanium screws are "so-so" IMHO. Some of the screw heads were a little soft.

Does anybody know where the spacers go that come with the aluminum steering. It just seems to tight when I install it.

Default Best Weight for 17.5 Stock Buggy

Tried running the buggy at approx 1500g but handled better at 1550. Weight diff was lighter battery. Set ride height per each battery weight. Would be interesting to hear what other 17.5 stock buggy drivers are weighed at.

I have tried weight focused testing over several generations of buggies. There is always a compromise between a single super fast lap and driveability. My over all time and best average lap are always with a car 3-5 ounces over minimum weight. My best single lap time is always with an edgier feeling car that was at the lightest weight.

This is with shock spring and valving adjusted for weight changes and balance almost entirely unchanged.

There could be other factors, like tire insert changes to suit each weight as well, but I preferred to keep as much the same as possible.

The major grey area, imo, is a lighter car might like different roll centers and camber link lengths(RCM), since it would transfer less weight.
Lots of variables.

Biggest thing, I found, not hitting stuff.
