I try to do my own research but i dont get a ton of track time to do it. I refused to put RM front arms on my car because i like a 2w to have alot of steering and all the flat arms and tower do is take it away. So a buddy swore it would be an easier car to drive and i tried it. Just as i suspected I hated it. Should have listened to my own thoughts lol

Same. I tried it box stock and liked it. And this is on a loose track. Any less steering would make it worse for me.

It's weird. My car had lot of entry push and tons of mid off steering stock so I just tried the rm front arms and tower and the car steered more on entry which mad me not have wait on the car center turn. I liked the rm arms better. To each is own though

Has anyone tried the mm front arms with the rm tower. Maybe I will try that next trip. But if anyone has tried it I'd like to hear what they thought.

Ran my this afternoon for the first time at the local track. All in all it works pretty darn good and I am very happy with it. I played with the gearing a bit and I seem to be dialed ina pretty good at 69/31 with my D4 17.5 Maxzilla at 40 degress timing and my ESC in Blinky mode.

I am running RM flat front arms, front tower and rear arms. My car is lacking in steering, pushes pretty good going into a corner and pushes trying to power through a sweeper so I need to sort that out.

No issues with traction, no issues with jumping.

thanks for the input guys, I will probably try it stock first for a few packs then switch to the rm arms and tower.

I like the car with the stock front arms and rm rear arms. Car is very smooth but steers hard.

my car steers way too hard with gulwings. The front end would actually just collapse on me. I tossed the flat arms / tower on and that feel was gone. It smoothed out the steering and more or less just tamed it.

I've run the rear motor rear arms from the beginning so I don't know any difference.

What are you guys all running for springs? I've been running green rears and white fronts with the flat arms. My car was super stable but it just couldn't hit a couple of our corners hard enough. As a last resort I tried greens up front and while I lost a little stability it corners much sharper and harder. It reduced my best lap time by a couple tenths.

I tried greens up front, but we have too much traction. The car was hard to drive. I run grey front and white rear.

So i learned something today while doing some research of my own. The RM rear arms will give you some more forward bite and a little more side bite..... BUT... you will sacrifice the way the car lands. If you do a back to back comparison 1 run stock arms and the 1 run RM rear arms you will notice that with the RM rears the car lands terrible. one of the best handling characteristics of this car is the way it lands and squares up coming out of the corner with the stock arms. IMO the only time I would run RM rear arms is if the track I was on was very loose.

Just a lil food for thought!
