Actually, they brought in a whole whack of parts so Horizon and Amain have a-arms, etc again. Except the darn universals!

Ashe's shock package was TERRIBLE for me outdoors. Way way way way too soft. The car was everywhere on the track. It was pitching all over the place. That was my impression of it. I kept his roll center settings and used brents shock package. 1 limiter front and rear with 1.6 pistons.

its always been that way, if your car is drivable at all, you can switch cars with most of the drivers that out run you, and they will usually still be able to beat you.......

I use saddle now, but I always have the feeling that the car is too heavy. I'm thinking of getting at least a shorty to try, but before investment I would like to have some thoughts and opinions from you guys if it's worth the extra cost. Thanks.
Absolutely agree, but if you do try the switch I would be mindful of springs and oil weights. I just made the move from stock to mod and have tested both ways. The saddles calm down the car enough for me to be more consistent. With the shorty action and reaction is just too fast for me right now. On our track, the best drivers are running shorties.

Clayton Isn't our track a little bit smooth to be running tapered pistons? I thought tapered pistons were for the bumpier tracks. To recover faster from one bump to the next.

Anyone know if there is any video of the 2014 Cactus Classic 17.5 A-main? I'd like to watch that race.

Same as avid setup
Just the schelle comes with the spring adapter to fit over shaft on b5 so you need to use the stock slipper spring setup.

The VTS always seemed fine to me. I've never tried the Avid / Schelle. What makes it better exactly? I run mod.
