I just put these on my car. very good quality. hexes are nice and tight on my mip wrenches. They're not as bright as the lunsford but $35.00 cheaper.
Check them out. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Team-Associa...item20ea3317f3

D is at the Back of the car, C is in front of the transmission. Put brass on both will add a lot of weight in the rear of the car. Traction should go up and probably more pendulum with the Brass D mount

D, because the weight is on the back of the car. Some guys only run the C brass because it puts the weight where they feel is "ideal".

he made a typo

AE uses the following setup on their 8th scale and the terminology carried over. A and B are the front of the car. C and D the rear. So if the car was sitting on the table pointing away from you, and you were looking down at it, it would be like this:
front of car
A
B

C
D
back of car

There's no 'B' on the 2wd cars. But the front brace is still referred to as the A mount.

Talking Suspension Binding

Has any suffured from the Front End of the car binding towards the bottom the suspension as your compressing it?

I noticed it with mine yesterday at the track. AS the car set on the bench, pressed the front end down and when it almost hit the bench i noticed the suspension binding. (Like it was progressivly stiffer)

I took the shocks off and made sure there was no air in them and bleeded correctly.

I did this to some of the other associated cars and they all did the same thing!

However the Losi 22, Serpent, and Kyosho cars didn't do this.

Thoughts woudl be appreciated.

Talking

I will double check those things..

I am wondering if it's engineered in the design of the car? I as have checked this on multiple B5M's and they all did the same thing.

Interesting... IF any tries it on there's please post if they have the same issue.
