If that is right, what kind of change will this do? If you use the same center hole Up and Down what kind of effect does this have on the car suspension.

Don't know about the setup sheet but flipping from the up position to the down position will lower the roll center.

Sean, While you are making the running change on the gear cover, can you tighten up the tolerances on the bottom of the cover? There is a gap on the bottom as it is currently. For those of us that run outdoor tracks, we get dirt in there easily and have to replace the gears prematurely.

I can run a bead of silicone to resolve but it would be nice to have this corrected.

The weight with the battery is what should be reported. It's kinda hard to compare to others if were not comparing the same thing. Should be weighed race ready with battery and body

Actually yes they do. I have been running promatch and venom saddle packs. Are you putting them side by side? Or are u 100% sure what a saddle pack is?

A great way to improve this sport is just open the buggy class for any motor & make Sc & ST 17.5 the new beginner class's..

BTW

Couple teammates are now using the shorty pack, mid performs much better with.

I just bought two shorty packs, so I am happy to hear that.

My B5m should be here today. Any other build/ set up tips the B5M crew wants to share?

yes, just switch out the spur gear &
reassemble.

Can consider using vented disks & vented J concept spur .

Just for reference, in case you don't know, roar regulations state that the minimum race ready weight for 2wd buggy is 1499 grams.
