Rear Hub Link setting:
Setup sheet list Up and Down. Does that mean the blue bracket holes are on top (Up) or flipped so they are on the bottom (Down)?
If that is right, what kind of change will this do? If you use the same center hole Up and Down what kind of effect does this have on the car suspension.

Just for reference, in case you don't know, roar regulations state that the minimum race ready weight for 2wd buggy is 1499 grams.
