finished my b5m last night. stoked with how it came out and even more how well it drives.

There is no tapping needed. Put the R arm on the left side of B5m, and vice versa. It's a no brainer to do once you have the arms in front of you. and compare to how your B5m arms were. Shim the arms forward.

Can anyone here tell me a good effective but not over the top (performance & price) electric drill to use for a complete tear downs ? I'm hoping something like $30 but hopefully not more than $50.

Frustrating day at the track today. Indoor clay track was damp in some sections, dry in others. Me and the Centro driver (only two mid motor cars) were frustrated with how inconsistent our cars were. The rear motors appeared to be able to better negotiate the different conditions. Last week the track was a uniform dampness and my car was on rails. Anyone have any suggestions how to setup these mid-motors for the varying conditions?

Yes. They are 12mm hexes front and back.
