Talked with the guys at MIP at the JBRL yesterday and the B5 pucks are in the prototype stage and only a short while away.

Lay spur down on flat surface, place vts on top all lined up, push down on it really hard. Or pick up a Jconcepts 69t and not worry about it.

Does the Avid slipper need a special top shaft? I just tried to fit one on my car and it won't allow spacer and nut to even mount and using the stock spring and spacer it won't tighten down

Nope, works fine. I am using the triad spring, had to drill out the silver washer that goes between the nut and spring because of the 4mm threads. You could get by with just using the nut because it is wide and covers the spring.

So i went thru 8 front wheel bearings yesterday. Did some measuring found the front clamping hexes are 9.85 mm when clamped and stock front axles are 10.12. Basiclly associated f'ed up and made them too narrow and it destroys the. bearings.and no my stock axles dont have the too tight issue.

There is only one triad slipper system. It fits the B4 series, B5 series, TLR 22 and RB6 with the avid top shaft.

Wired and ready, minus the slipper anyways. Assembly went great, no issues to speak of!!
