while i don't intend on getting the lite chassis, it makes me wonder why anyone would want one?? won't it tweak easier, and even if not easier it can tweak.
if i was to change chassis i think the infinity would be the way to go...no?
although i think it would be awesome if AE released their own cf chassis....

ehhh....maybe. It is milled to make it light. Its not made out of a different material. It will still retain the strength of the std chassis while being lighter due to the additional milling.

I was going to put a Futaba 9551 low pro servo in mine but the side where the wires come out the servo is in the way for me to screw in the blue aluminum servo holder. Is there a way I can make it fit without forcing it and pinching the servo wires???

Hey
It's hard to come into a 840 page thread with my question here, I hope you all don't mind the update email, my question is this: Is the B5m plastic material stronger than the b4.0 stuff? If so, any idea how much?
Thanks!
(this doesn't mean I will look to upgrade, I just heard the materials may be better now)...

Great thread. Hope this isn't a dumb question. I'm looking to build/purchase a b5m but i see the 'lite' version will be out shortly. the lite version appears to be the current model plus the common upgrades noted on here (turnbuckles, alum rear camber, etc). the new version will be $280. do you guys think the current version, which can be had online for about $260, will come down in price and then get those upgrades as needed? just not sure to when to buy. the current version plus the cost of those upgrades will certainly exceed $280.

I see no real reason to buy the NON "Lite" kit.
