The track doesnt have the machine but is available to them if there's questions. Yes, it can tell what the rotor is. In the past they have only checked weight and voltage

Nice. I am just nerdy enough to buy something like that, lol. Then sell it 2 months later... Who makes it?

One of the things I seem to remember people doing is putting them in a vice and twisting them for more timing. But that was brushed days. Well, I'll try to find out somewhere else and post it here - I'm curious now.

Some guys remove windings, use 13.5 stators, 13mm rotors and such. Most of the guys use illegal rotors. There was one guy that was selling a motor after states a year or 2 ago. He was selling it as a very fast 17.5 motor with a "mod" rotor, lol. So he basically told anyone watching he ran the race illegally.

most is such a dangerous word.. so theres an A-E main of stock.. so 40 entries.. so 21 people or more are cheating?

No. None of the regular A mainers do. It's when somebody is usually in the b or c main and then suddenly runs at the top over night that you need to take a look at what they are doing.
