Anyone the B5m with 0 anti-squat yet? Also, does the kit come with the aluminum C/D arm mounts or is this a must have upgrade beyond the kit?

Did you notice a big diff in corner entry steering when you reduced weight? Wonder how things would be at just under 1500g?

The kit comes with plastic mounts, the aluminum mounts (and inserts) are needed if you want to go to 0° anti squat. They make it alot easier to adjust anti squat as well.
did you corner scale the car first? if you made the usual weight savings adjustments that everyone thinks they need to do then you're f/r static weight bias might be a bit off for the spring rates you were originally using.

Yeah, the car is very durable. I have seen the plastic parts break, but it took some effort. Like full speed into a wall, lol. Under "normal" racing and crashing, that seems to be very stout.

Just a shock tower and a bulkhead. The car is pretty durable
That's great to hear. I'm running on a medium 1/8 oriented track. None of the jumps are that big expect for one tabletop that if launched will LAUNCH you lol. In sure in the heat of a race I'll make that mistake so I'll probably go ahead and order a front tower, arms, and maybe bulkhead.

The front bulkhead will break. First thing that broke on my b4 and b5.

The only thing i've broke is the little plastic insert to the rear plastic hub for the camber link. Easy fix

Alright gents I'm a life long AE guy and am extremely bias, BUT I'm looking to buy a new 2WD kit and though the B5 and B5M are a sure bet, I'm extremely intrigued by the HobbyPro PRS1 2014 edition for 2 reasons.
1. Because it looks so good and most people driving it say it's all around great so I know it will perform really well. MM configuration is also said to perform extremely well
2. Because it's different and looks so good. LOL
Anyhow I was hoping some of you here have experience with both to hopefully let me know if the PRS1 2014 is something that will be worth my while. I already have to order parts for my 410 since both LHS abandoned the brand on us last year so ordering parts won't be too big an inconvenience on the PRS1.
Thanks.

@ the track
Traction is rather high even for Trcr, ghost's or even slicks are performing well...
So for tonight's club race going to take a leap with the setup.
Moving rear chassis camber stud to out side position
Switching to 2.5 /1 toe block...
