Been out of the loop for a while, so can you elaborate on why people punch homes in the tires? I image it is partly due to moisture?
Back in the day we used to drill holes in the rims, but we didn't use foam and our tires were never glued so it wasn't as big of an issue.

It is the same thickness, and milled. I didn't weight it before I out it on although I should have.

While on topic of holes in tires, when do you do it in the rim. And when do you do it on the tire? What difference does it make? Or does it not make a difference?

No its not. Also on this scale it read the same far right or far left or center. I can take another pic if needed but the tires are not touching

Yeah I totally agree. I'm going to put some ball stud washers behind the nut to take up that slack.
