What would be the best way to get more steering in the car? Right now it is pushing when I give it just a little bit of power. If I coast around corners it will hold fine. Right now my setup is stock besides having 30wt oil in all the shocks and the stock 1.6 pistons.

Try a stiffer rear spring. If traction is good that's a quick partial fix. I say partial because that might not solve your on power push completely, or at all for that matter but it will give you more steering. How much droop are you running front & rear and are you sure you're using the right tires? Do you actually measure the shock lengths or do you just screw the shock ends all the way on? When I started mic'ing the shafts I noticed a big difference. There are a lot of other variables that come into play as well. I just brought up the things that came to mind.

Considering you make ignorant comments on just about everything that you've never tried I'll educate you. They are made in Texas.

Haha, I love messing with the VRP guys. The accuracy of a rubber flap is crap. I would rather run RCshox 2 stage pistons for the mechanical design.

Thanks for the advice I didn't even think of those things. They slipped my mind. I will have to look at all of that and see what its all set at. I do just screw the shock ends on and not even think that it can cause issues also. As for tires I am running what I was told is the best for the track but I am going to try proline hole shots for the from instead of the ribs that I was told to use. I also honestly have no idea how to measure droop. I am getting a ride height gauge soon to help get that set proper.

You take some calipers and measure from the bottom of the shock to the top of the shock eyelet. With 3 gear I run 1 limiter all around and 21.5 front and 27.5 to 28mm rear. And let me tell you it is HUGE even going from 20.5 to 21 in the front is HUGE the car jumps and lands sooo much better. Ride height, Camber, and droop are some of the most important things to check at least a couple times a race day, I check ride height and camber before every run when racing.

Oh nice. I am running the stock setup which I think is 2 limiters in each shock. I will try taking one out and adjusting to how you have it set to see how it reacts. I will get some calipers to.

Enough with the fruit and cat bashing....although it is rather comical. Let's get back on to the B5M.
