use the "hat" thrust from the pucks kit with the schelle thrust and 1 of the washers

Thanks to both for your replies.

Everything went together nicely except I believe the hat on my right dog-bone was milled slightly off center. It has a wobble to it and I fear running it would ruin the brand new ceramic bearing. I didn't notice it when I finished it up and installed both in the car, spin it up and it is pretty obvious that it has about a quarter millimeter wobble. I pulled that one apart and inspected the reused pin and leg that goes through the hub and I can not see anything that looks off. The stock setup did not have any noticeable wobble so it has to be the milled portion of the steel head of the dog-bone. Has anyone seen this before with one of the puck top-hats?

Yes. That is one reason, but my main goal it to figure out as much with weight and transfer before i get the kit so I can order parts/upgrades. I have some parts weights differences already.

A naked car wont be much help. If you want it light, but have a certain balance. buy the "light" stuff and add lead where you need it. Tires, wheels and so many other facts go into it. IMO your planning is a bit premature. I would also not buy an ESC strictly for its weight. If you want a LP servo, they are a little less durable, but it is light and you can add lead as far forward or rearward as you like. Use lower gauge wire, shorten your leads, get Ti screws and pucks. That add weight where you need it. And comparing a naked tlr to a naked b5m, is apples and oranges. even at the same weight they dont drive the same.

I'm relatively consistent - most laps are usually within .4/sec of each other. These pistons by themselves gave me another .1 to .2/sec per lap. They are the best upgrade I've found for this car as well as my D413 wheeler. If you're a solid driver, you will not find the amazing improvement that they claim on their website. However, you will notice a difference in handling and it will be for the better.

Currently in my stock car I'm running 2x 1.6 front and rear Pistons, if I go to 2x1.7 In the rear How will that effect the car?

softer rear, more weight transfer to the rear. maybe less on power steering
