If you really want to slow a motor down and kick it in the nuts, try turning down your throttle dr. EPA lowers the top speed, but not the low speed.

I beleive the lite kit comes with B5 rear arms. This means the arm marked left will actually go on the right and the arm marked right goes on the left. You can identify them by the 2 molded points where the sway bar attaches. Maybe someone will verify.

L goes on R and R goes on L....its backwards but don't worry about it. They are the rear motor arms but they were found to work better on the Mid.

Gonna need to go a bit lower.. start at 55-60% epa. Then work your way up after dialing in the car. I wouldnt even think about a 7.5 outdoors unless it was heavy dirt and step pins.

IMO, RM is easier to get going on outdoor lower bite tracks. I dont care what these other people are about to say about how MM works everywhere, lol.

bet the brass C block for sure and maybe the brass D. those put more weight over the rear wheels like a RM car. Also, use a smaller spur/pinon combo to move the motor back. I think a 76/78 spur might be the ticket to move it back. Ray M has a chart with things to do for loose outdoor racing. I think he linked it above

Hi Mac, I too had a 7.5 motor and was exhibiting a lot of the behaviour you mentioned. I did take the EPA down but what helped the most was altering the throttle curve to do as Wildcat mentions and calm the motor in the lower range so the tires get bite before pushing forward. Ultimately I did go to stock 17.5 in order to dust off the rust but will likely put the 7.5 back in later in the year.
