Looking at this past weekend photos of the Jconcepts indoor national series, none of the AE guys were using the lite version. Do you know why?

I am going to buy a new b5m and I am not sure that the lite version is the way to go for mid class on medium traction tracks.

And why is the gear diff (91461) out of the stoco everywhere?

Thank you in advance!
V2 slipper (2 pad)

Are you identifying which B5m they are running based on their chassis? In talking with an e-acquaintance at AE, they don't have the cars / parts yet either.

You and I are both chasing down the same cat.. The Lite car is the only next release, we are going to have to figure out how well it works in mod

Does anyone have any thoughts on why AE do not manufacture a aluminium rear wing mount?

Seems like exotek is the only company producing one, and if you're not a fan of the buttons there doesn't appear to be any other options.

The gland, cartridge, whatever you want to call it. Where the shock o-ring and spacers go in.

They changed the dimensions of that area on the v2 big bores, so the same red o-rings are now much tighter. The x-rings are not. In fact, the x-rings leak from the v1 big bores due to the size difference.

IMHO, it's stupid they come with the reds as they're just the wrong size now.

My $0.02

No they updated the red orings to fit to the new shocks, I heard Kody talk about that on the RIP podcast and I have tried the the new red orings on the old v1 BB's and they didn't work.

AE should have made a waterfall mount to accept a fan and they should have made screw down wing mounts into the design of the car. But they didnt, so we end up with 3d printed waterfalls and aluminum wing mounts. Meh.

Wish they would date the o-rings then. I'm fairly positive mine are like b4.1 era and they work fine.
