No worries on the sc10 gear diff. It will drop right in I suggest starting with 3000wt oil and go from there.

For example, we have this little bump on the straight as you enter it and I have t be very careful with the RM but even the MM did some wheelies!

Don't go by me if you like, but still think white in the rear is max ....

Car ran well, same over all time as usual , was scuffing in fresh tires though.

I like the set up..
A little less traction but more stable , you can driver harder into the corner with out the car stalling.

Tip

Discovered you may like to use the Hard rear camber mount when using the alloy hubs for extra grip. Alloy camber mount + alloy rear hub = less grip.
Also

Alloy hubs

Don't tighten down the set screw very hard as it can blind if to tight.

Either or. Just like loosening and tightening a ball diff. Thicker oil is like a tighter ball diff and vise versa

I wouldn't know. My hard rear camber mount broke in the first lap. Maybe it was defective (NICK!) or maybe they break easily but I wasn't happy

No Doublt you can't break a alloy but was surprise how much the plastic part contributes to traction for the car..

If thats the case is it a bad idea to switch over to the full aluminium hubs?

i switched to metal rear hubs and metal camber mount with no negative effects to traction.

Trim the plastic in between the battery thumb screws so battery fits inside.

Doing the mod today.
I figured this would be tested eventually -- since KYO runs this config in MM. The more things change, the more they stay the same. I think this is partly the reason why the RM car seems to corner faster (along with the swing weight).

Curious if folks will want to run the speedo in front of the battery like the TLR. It should fit if you cut the brace after the servo (on the front cradle).

Let us know how it goes.

So I can't give you a image of the mod easy like

I'm gona try to get someone else to go though the trouble for all of you.

Its important, already know from the first test run most of you will like to do.

GTI grey way to stiff for your rear, you need green and switch back to middle hole.
If you feel like it try white rear. I Doublt you will even like compared to green.

Your gona find the B5 has mass grip & like us will be working for more steering & less stall in the corners..

And

middle holes on b5 towers are like the inside holes on b4 .
I watched George do some of his modding yesterday and the end result and watched him run it he did a very good job looks like it came that way and looked good on the track also.

They stay centered by themselves. The outdrives keep the diff centered and the idler gear is centered by the 2 bearings.
