I would like to hear more about moving the front camber link to the outside on the hub and what effects it will have?

For those that Haven't tried it, Cav's setup from Spektrum race is pretty awesome (at least for me) on a medium traction clay track. The outer hole on the front hub I think made the biggest difference. My next thing to try is the O-rings under the waterfall brace. Thoughts on that?

In general a longer front link will tame down steering on corner entry but I believe it gives a bit more on power steering on corner exit. I know when I made the change to my car it really seemed to corner better. It feels more planted in the front. Feels to me like a good mix between the mid-motor arms and the flat front arms. When I went to the flat arms it seemed to push pretty bad on power but the longer link really seemed to help that

Yea I haven't had any spektrum/savox issues since switching everything over to gen2 tekin stuff vs gen 1. I believe it's 7A vs 5A BEC and i'm running 7.4V servos on the bigger stuff which means less amps for the same power usage.

Also the newer DSM2 based receivers seem to help as well. I would not use a DSM1 in racing as they will glitch on their own when there are many other radios in operation.

I am not sure if Cav is running O-rings under the waterfall brace, but it allows the chassis to flex more in the back half of the car.

Hey guys looking for a little Set up Help. Currently running my B5M on a Small tight Medium traction Indoor clay track. Majority of the turns are 180 Degrees. I have an excessive amount of Steering especially corner entry, both high speed and low speed. Seems like if i push the car too hard it breaks the rear end of the car loose. I was wondering if anyone had any quick suggestions to take some steering entry out of the car.

Check the front page for a couple of tips on how to loosen em up, they will break in a bit with a couple runs but the pliers trick and dremel work quite well.

Flat front arms will probably make his car rotate even more. get rid of the RM rear arms and put the kit ones on with your hubs in the middle.
