The T-bone skid is very thick. It may be fine for bashing or playing around, but the 2-3mm thickness really hinders the car on the racetrack. The car will bottom out more easily and the leading edge of the skid will catch. A fellow racer makes thin brass skids for us locally that work out well. They can be easily made in the garage from material found at a home improvement store.

Also, I know for myself, I go through chassis protectors not from use, but from maintenance on the car, having to get to screws and such. I won't cut holes in the protector for the screws. I will usually just replace the protector when I have to get to screws. I'm a little picky when it comes to my cars though.

His chassis protectors are designed to peel and stick Mult. times. Lots of racers in my area use them with high satisfaction rates.

anyone notice that the B5R rear arms rub on the chassis by the hinge brace? I had to shave the arms down a little in that area... Did not notice if it was making my buggy handle wierd but did not want to take that chance...

Fully interchangeable. Only the rod ends and ball studs changed.

Yes sir. Was wondering how harsh it is on the gears, and car in stock. Also, does the car wheelie and make for a more difficult drive?

I run mod but there are a lot of guys that run them with alot of success. I dont think gear wear is an issue. I mean I have never heard anyone mention it in relation to the slipper eliminator

That's what I'm curious about. Stock slipper here and it just doesn't feel...good. Plus trying to shed weight, this would help. Exotek one looks nice.
