what did you think of the schelle ceramic tranny bearing? A lot smoother?

It makes the tranny sound totally different. way smooth. It sounds less "resistant" if that makes any sense.

I got the Avid ceramic bearings for the trans and hubs.
They used to come oiled but now they come greased.
I had to flush out all the grease and oil.
Super smooth and free spinning now.

Rebuilt diff with ceramic diff balls.
Made the mistake in using TLR diff grease when putting together.
Way too sticky and can't get a good feel for adjustment.
Have to take it all apart, clean it all out, and rebuild with AE diff grease.

Any thoughts on a good indoor clay setup for stock racing?

I have been down there twice now for practice sessions, and notice it really depends on what time you are there and level of moisture in the track. I've kept the same setup on my car from muddy post water hose runs to super dried out/loose stuff everywhere and seen it go from pushing to driving on ice in a few hours.

Was there yesterday, and I definitely noticed it more with the b5 vs my 4wheeler. I'm still chasing setups with the car too along with l2drive

This may have already been asked but I thought I'd ask it again, B4.2 vs B5? Is it small difference or a world of difference?

IMO is a worlds of difference. Now is that a world of good or bad? It definitely jumps and has durability light years ahead of the b4.2. But it does not turn as well as the b4.x, but does have more stability in its feel. Probably because of the less steering. Upside? still turns better than my 22 2.0.

up to you. I like the b5 better, but that is just me. I know guys that like the b4.x better. When it comes down to it, your skill and preference are all that maters. I have seen guys show up with a xxx-cr buggy and dominate. to each their own.

Seems a bit harsh mate. Try being nicer next time. Life is so short.
