For more steering on high bite... I moved the shorty forward with the thin battery spacer in front.

My setup
Front: kit stock
Rear: white spring, 1.6 pistons, 30 wt oil, 1 mm spacer under camber link, upper shock inside hole, camber link ran in stock position on inside and hub.

Bad news is our local track just closed, so my one practice day old B5m may be up for sale.

Why use these other than the stock?

The stock ones suck!
Its a widely known issue, the stock hexes are tiny and thin, make changing tires a headache, and that silly screw has been know to pop out letting loose a wheel at the least opportune moment!
If ya get the clamping axles (which are equally as hard to find) and the clamping hexes and your good to go!

Plus the anno'd blue aluminum looks better too!

I'm a little confused. When you change the axle from 2-3-4mm trailing the manual tells you to change the rear caster block. What part exactly am I changing? The rear hub?

There are 2 inserts. 3mm has the hole centered so you just put it in. 2/4mm has the hole offset. If you want 2mm you put the hole so that it's more forward. If you want 4mm you put the hole so it's more rear.

I understand that part. What I don't understand is the last column.

Oh i believe that is referring to if you space the caster block forward, middle, or rear.
