Anyways congrats on the win. Definitely challenging.
thanks , the track is a drivers track for sure . we had A,B,C, mains some fast guys came up from down state . two sponsored drivers came with the pack the team driver for schumacher did not make the A main. the kyosho team driver did he took third. with the B5 it is very easy to drive away or to make a hard charge back for the lead , i can share my setup if anyone thinks it might suit their driving style .

Ordering a set of new bearings from Kurt's new company, none better they say..

I don't plan on taking the setscrews out of the axles, hence the use of the red Loctite. No Loctite on the lock nuts, that's why its a lock nut.

Seriously... DO NOT use red loctite haha. Bad idea. Blue loctite is totally adequate.

I know this will drive some of you crazy, but I work full time and have 3 babies at home... got my kit Thursday afternoon, and this is where I'm at now. Just need to do shocks and electronics. The build is nice. The plastics have a higher quality feel and look to them. Hopefully they hold up as nice as they look/feel. I've been out of R/C for almost a year. Can't wait to start driving again next week

I'm in the same boat, I work 11 hours a day (busy season for my CPA firm), go to grad school, and my daughter is 8 months old. It took me like 6 weeks to put together my Tekno truggy.

I would love to get a B5M but it would probably be June before I got to drive it.

Would a 3x14mm set screw work better (you mentioned the 3x12 came up a little short)? Any issues with clearance having the nut there as opposed to the screw?

Hi guys

Hoping our UK MM cars will be delivered soon!

Can someone with a semi built kit measure the area of the chassis that holds ESC and RX please? In mm's if possible. Planning!

Plus what colour are kit wheels? Any tyres included or is B5 following recent (probably sensible) trend of no kit tyres at all?

Thanks for any info, really looking forward to building a new car.

I need a b5 body. Does anyone know who might have them in stock. I can't believe that they're back ordered like this. I painted up my kit body expecting to get another soon.
