Running 1.6 front tapered with 30wt green spring and 1.7 tapered green spring 30 wt and car is really good for me. Small track 15 second laps, small jumps, clay medium to high grip. Changed to 2mm trailing axle and 1mm Ackerman. Helped push and steering is great for how I drive. Did not move front knuckle yet but want to try. Changed rear shock tower ball stud to 1mm. Run 17.5 and loved the car yesterday for first time.

B5 had no steering for me, just major push, team driver said to remove ballstud washer from inner camber link on shock tower, and boom major steering and the front end felt way more locked in. Like this car way better now then I did before the change. Has anyone else noticed this? according to the team driver with the 2mm washer under there the lack of camber gain during steering hard into a corner does not allow the tire to maintain a flat contact with the dirt, it just folds over and breaks traction.

Even if you did have it popping off, the proper answer is a little drop of CA glue anyway, nothing quite so difficult as a set screw.

Interested to see if B5m has same out of box push. Going to be cool to compare both new cars and have each one on the hip ready in their holsters. Don't know if I am going to make same changes to B5m as I made to B5 from the get go or start with stock setup. Probably start with stock and run the gamut to feel the changes. B5 is pretty tough car especially on our small track. My son is stoked now that I passed him a decked out Centro too!! Win win, lol.
