Anyone own/drive a tlr 22 2.0 in MM able to give some feedback vs the b5 MM? Looking for input from those that have experienced both to see which hooks up better in MM. I currently own a hopped up 2.0 and run it in mid at my local indoor track. Was looking into the B5m

At our last big points series closer race people were still trying both RM and MM so it was mixed. The guy that won the points series had an RM then but is now back to MM (TLR22) and as fast or faster than ever. I expect when our winter series starts again in the fall that we will pretty much all have MM.

Everyone considered Bell town a rear motor track , still think either can get her done though.

A few keep trying rear drive here and are getting good results.

Thinking of cracking the seals today....Oman...

Depends who you talk to. I have decided I like the square pack. The extra weight mellowed July car out do me. I'm also not pro driver or top 3 at my track. I run mid to upper pack. So I wanted it easier to drive to help with consistency.

I would try both and form your opinions. Thats really the way to go.

Very true! Alot of guys in mod at my track run the square or saddles but with the exact same setup my car feels lazy to me with saddles or square so i run a shorty and it feels alot more responsive to me.

I have had both MM and currently have the BM5. Both hook up very similarly in my opinion. The edge in jumping and overall ease of driving goes to the B5M I would have to say. And once AE gets their poop in a group they should also have the edge in part support.

Not sure if it has been covered yet, but a Jconcepts finisher Centro body will fit right on a B5m. Doesn't quite contour the chassis in the front but fits right on no trimming needed.

Had to on mine. It's been a long time but I'm getting some nice airbrushed bodies! Whoop!
