They are both made from titanium... How can the jconcepts possibly be any stronger assuming rod diameter is equal. Lunsford was the one who started making ti turnbuckles JC... they copied it I'll put my$ in a American company that's been here since the early days...

I just picked my kit up today and a set of 22 2.0 hd lunsfords for it first AE car since the b3. Coming from a 22 2.0 mm

People wanted the kit, if you wanted the kit and spares you would still be waiting for it until the end of the month.

You get 3 wishes use them wisely!

Preach it Brother! The best warranty in the world is useless if I have to use it more than the product it came with!

So its best to just keep forking money than have a warranty? I guess all the esc and electronics companies should ditch their warranties.....lol. crazy people

So you just put your batteries into storage while your parts are in transit? Myself I don't use parts that need them, which is what Matt and I are saying. If I'm not enjoying my toy cars because I used a product that is inferior but they continue to replace with the same quality, then I've been screwed.

And yes I've used many of Lunsfords products only to have to use the warranty or replace them all together! But yet those spindlely looking AE turnbuckles on my SC10.2 keep on trucking, and I use that as a defensive weapon against the Slash/Eighth scale crowd!

Spend your money however you like, but I can assure you that I can spend anyone else's money easier than mine! AE/JC for my kits!

To finish first, first you must finish!

I really want to try a mm, but have yet to see a mm car (losi, schumacher, team c, kyosho) work on my track (low to medium traction indoor red clay, currently smooth, but not typically). I really don't want to get into a mm buggy with out an easy out if I can't get it to work.
If a MM isn't working at your track I wouldn't even sweat the conversion IF there ever is one. Get the RM and be happy.

So look for them to ship week of March 3rd
That seems odd, since China is west of the west coast where AE is located. Even more odd since that's not how the RM rolled out. The timeline seems reasonable though. Maybe I'll see Kody this week, hopefully he'll have the test mule so I can check the wires on my ESC that I want to use.

I really do wish JC products were better. They seem to make a lot of effort. But I have never been happy with anything they have made. I suppose some people like their stuff. The rumor is Lunsford makes the JC turnbuckles, so hating on lunsford is kinda funny

Sorry there products have not worked for you, what issues are you/have you had? Jconcepts is the leading designer for R/C tires and upgrades. They make products that work, which can be proven by the IFMAR wins : That would be a "rumor." JC makes there own products

So I experienced something interesting tonight. The punisher turnbuckles were very tight on the ballcups and were making it hard to make minor adjustments. I reamed the ends and put some black grease on the threads. Somehow it was enough to strip the ballcup. I was supposed to race tomorrow, now I am not sure what I am going to do...
