Call me crazy but I like the centro body on the car better than the kit body.

I hate the kit body. It is super thin...

Can't wait for the B5m to come out! I just sold my B4.1 and some tires from it for $100 so that will help as the kit with tax at my local hobby shop will be about $280. Then I need to spend $30 on a shorty pack from valuehobby.com. Cool thing about my Lhs is you get a free month of practice with a purchase of any kit.

Hatas gonna hate. It's super easy to get the body on since it's so thin. Buggy bodies don't need to be thick IMO because they aren't as exposed.

How about driving impressions. I'll drive a car that's any color other than purple. Enough of the color nonsense. Anybody put down a decent number of laps with one?

Just got home from the track. Threw my 4.2 setup at it, no practice and was able to TQ and win the A main with a personal best qualifying run. The B5 drives a lot different than my 4.2. The B5 has way more entry steering and carries a $#!+ ton of entry speed but then settles right down through the middle and on exit. I could have used a touch more exit steering but the car was very stable. The car lands very soft which enabled me to pick up the gas quicker on the initial landing. The cool thing was that the guy who bought my 4.2 finished 2nd after usually running back of the A with a 22. His words were something like "I can't believe a car can turn like that"...lol

VERY HAPPY WITH THE B5 RM PURCHASE!!!!!

at my local track two faster guys got theirs together. one mod guy and one stock. the mod guy went three tenths faster than his centro in his first pack, same shocks package as his centro car(pistons, oil, springs.). the stock guy went with the box stock set up and is just as fast but his needs work. I know where my tax money is going this season

Does anyone have a good idea how long of a sensor cable is needed for the B5M? I run a B4.2 now and I will obviously need a longer sensor cable and would like to have it ready to go by the time my kit arrives. Using my 4.2 to get a rough estimate, I came up with approx 160mm. Does that sound about right?
