That could very well be. The people snapping pics need to do a better job explaining photos I think. Obviously he ran the car cause the shock tower was beat up but like you said who knows when that was. 15 years ago they only took race winning pics of the actual cars. 90 percent of us don't run on those type of tracks anyway.

I took my b5m to the track to work on setup and had a c4.2 driver try it out. He said they felt almost identical, but the added durability the b5m brings to the table is the real improvement in my eyes. This was with straight arms, the matching shock tower, and a saddle pack.

b5m has better on power steering .
Jumps and lands better as well.

Everywhere else on the track they are equal.

I am amazed that you can so definitively and concretely answer questions such as this.

eBay, I just spent $38 for a rear tower and ball stud mount. At least I got a few extra parts tough way to learn not to act stupid with my b5m!

Default added weight in front?

what about adding weight to the front of the buggy?
did the drivers at the cc add some additional weight to their cars? I.e. Centro sell bulkheads made from brass and/or aluminum. I'm currently running a DEX210 in 4MM configuration (B5M ordered) with an RDRP brass bulkhead.
I couldn't see any added weight in the cars on the pics from the ae team drivers at cc...

Nothing I haven't even had a chance to set it on track with work, just trying to find some parts for "in case" and maybe get the straight arm setup to try with the gull wing setup to see what I prefer

I like that the car does not require tons of brass to work. I think that is more an issue with some of the convertible cars.
