Kinda of see through the paper, def looks like a new car from what i can see of the body.
It's a stack of photocopied papers to make up a manual, not a box of a kit.

I heard musings of something new 6 months ago. I was dead to rights convinced it would be a .1 car...even argued it at length. Sure several that knew were laughing reading my posts.

I'll go find that shoe to put in my mouth now...

I dont think anyone expected a B6. It has only been 2 years and the b5m was doing well.

Hey when JConcepts made the S2 body for laydown transmission and I knew it and mentioned it a few months back, it was a sealed deal. They were not going to make a body for under 500 sales a year with the laydown tranny options out there by 3D printers guys although the WWHD one is very nice but ulitimately too pricey.

This is a sign of the times - CAD first, now 3D printing prototypes, it all allows this creation process to happen much, much more quickly than in the past. The winner is the consumer. Bring on the B6/B6D.

Bingo. The loser in all this is your bank account.

300-349 is a guess. I know we all thought the B5M would be high dolllar and it came in pretty cheap. Either way i'm sure not Kyosho money lol.

I do really like how Xray and Associated have done their new cars. It really puts the consumer first. You can pick dirt or carpet because most people will be running one or the other and not both. TLR and Kyosho so far have opted to make upgrade kits that are expensive when you add the kit plus the high traction kit. Kyosho 399 for kit 279 for high traction kit add on. TLR 329 kit 200 for high traction kit add on.

The chassis "looks" like it might be drilled for both the carpet and dirt edition. And the cradle looks to support both. so going back and forth might be doable with minimal effort. Just a guess.

that would be really cool if it were setup for both..... Maybe B6 and B6D D=Duo for a kit that comes with both regular and laydown transmission

They look like two different chassis. There seems to be a bolt on nose on the one with multiple motor location holes on the left and the one on the right is missing holes and screws on the bottom that show up on the other.
