Come see me this Sunday. I'm usually upstairs with Troy, Ryan, and Kiely. I'm running the AC/RC transmission and kept the price low by doing the motor plate and battery strap at home. Conversion cost me $35 and a couple hours in the basement.

Anyone run the Lite chassis in mod? I picked up a second kit for spares and was going to off the chassis on Ebay as I only prefer to run mod. Knock on wood, but a chassis isn't something I've ever needed to have a spare of.

Yeah I'm usually chasing you down haha. I'll talk with ya Sunday because I got the impression your car was heavily customized. Wasn't sure what you had would work on a stock kit.

Switching from 4 gear to 3 gear transmission. If I'm happy with my current 4 gear setup do I need to change my setup when switching to the 3 gear setup?

The biggest thing the mod guys have been telling me when they switch is they all used to run 3x1.4 in the frontn and 1.6 in the rear. Now they switch that around and put the 3 hole in the rear. Also we're just starting to run the +2 pills, raised spindles, and inside on the rear shock tower. Seems to be a nice starting point for our medium bite tracks.

Does any one sell a kit to go from the 3 gear to a 4? I searched but did find much info on it.

You just need the motor plate, gear cover, four gear transmission case, idler gear, bearings, and idler gear shaft. They don't sell an all in one kit.

Hey guys,

Which setup sheet do you recommend for indoor high bite clay track. We can use slicks now. I think my setup is good but want to fine tune .

traction is so good we traction roll on turns.

Thanks in advance!

If you think your car is pretty good now, why go and put someone else's setup into it? Fine tune what you have now. What is or isnt it doing that you want to change?

I wonder if we've met before? I remember seeing you post in other threads before. I recognize your name too, though I can't put a face to it. You're a heck of a buggy driver in stock. Anyway, still relatively new to the hobby and trying to meet new people and learn everything I can.

I'll be at Bumps this Sunday with my brand new B5m CE (painted dark blue with white stripe and side wing panels), hopefully practicing it tomorrow night for the first time.

That's what I'm doing, fine tuning. Just basically looking at ball stud spacing, springs and other things I might have over looked.

I want it to drive as easy as possible so I can just focus on the lines.

Just got my Titatium Turnbuckles: Should I use the original ball cups or would be the RPM (just have them as spares) the better choice (improvment in ??)
(I won't mind to disassemble the original ones).
