Flat fronts and tower, you dont have to put the RM rear arms on at the same time but you need the front tower with the flat arms.
If you're good enough and don't hit too many walls, I would go with the hards, but if ya hit stuff go with the regular, they flex more and won't break as quickly.

I have two B5m going to start moving one to hard parts to see the differences here and there. Need something to work on

it does look like they may be making a change on the B5 and B5m. Out of stock at most locations. I was getting a little bored!

I have 2 cars. one mine and one my kids. Hers is all plastic, mine is mostly hard parts. I cant really feel a difference. They do make the car a bit heavier though

any breaking issues on the hard parts? I know the B4.2 carbon parts, were very brittle.

They are more brittle. They are not obscenely brittle, but your car will no longer be a tank. You click a pipe going fast, it will probably break.

might try in the winter and if they break go back.
I could deal with inline possibility on 5.1. would be another tuning option.

They are fine, but I dont have that invincible feeling with them. I don't air it out on triples or take as many chances. Lol, it probably helps me overall to have a little fear.

The hard parts also have a different appearance. I have the hard front tower on my car and it is a light gray compared to the rest of the car being almost black plastic. Only reason I have the hard over normal is it was the only flat arm tower in stock when I bought it.

I'm building a B5M for the first time and got the aluminum rear camber link mount and aluminum rear hubs. On Cav's Spektrum race setup, it says for the rear camber link mount "low +3mm". I'm assuming this means to mount it in the "-2mm" position and then add 3mm of spacers? And for the hubs, it just says "+3mm". Again, I'm assuming to simply add 3mm of spacers under the ballstud? Thanks!

Revolution Design B5/B5MM aluminium spring cups
Revolution Design Racing Products introduce their new Team Associated B5 series aluminium spring cups in +5mm offset configuration. They are a direct replacement for the stock plastic cups and improve spring fitment and overall rigidity for optimised suspension performance especially on high-bite surfaces that put a lot of stress on the suspension. The parts are CNC-machined from aircraft-quality 7075-T6 aluminium, they are light of weight at only 1.65g per piece, they come blue anodised and laser-etched for that ultimate factory touch and to match the other forthcoming RDRP B5 series option parts.

Is that the same offset used in the 44.3? Very interested as I broke one over the weekend.

it has been a year. AE has been doing "something" after a year. What? who know.
