Default novak trade in

Wuz up guys, I've been wanting to trade in my novak gtb2 for the past couple of days. But first, I wanna talk to novak rep, but can't ger a hold of them. Been calling for a week now and I can't talk to a live person. All I've been getting the machine. Should I just send it in? Thanx

I just talked to someone today. They are up and running. I send my esc today. Make sure you print of the exchange sheet and fill it out. Put it in the box and send it out.
