Charging a battery
When you go to charge your battery for your car. I see that the battery does not tell you of a max voltage to charge at. Does this mean i would be able to charge my battery at any voltage.

Your charger should have an input voltage range it is rated for

You select the cell count of the pack, 2 cell, 3 cell and so on, that is the voltage that it will charge up to. Then you choose the amp rate that you want to charge at.
Most chargers will not let you charge if you have not chosen the correct cell count so there is somewhat of a failsafe there.

Charging Voltage
When charging a battery does the voltage change the amount of time i need to put the battery on the charger.
E.g Battery = 3000mA niMh
E.g. Battery charger= output - 1A---3V
E.g. Battery charger= output - 1A---7V
Is there a difference when charging (time)
How long would i need to charge on those 2 chargers

Safe to charge at 1 amp per, so if your battery is 3000mah charge it at 3 amps, 3500mah=3.5 amp charge. Hope this helps

A 1A charge rate on a 3000mAh pack will take roughly 3 hours if not a bit longer. Generally RC packs would be charged a little quicker than that though, more amps.
