Yes you read that right!

RC Pro will introduce a Winter Electric Series this winter. We're still putting tracks and divisions together and will be releasing the schedule soon.

The format will be a little different than most RC Pro events.

2-day event
Stock buggy, stock truck and brushless truck will run 4 rounds of 5 minute qualifiers and mains on saturday.
Mod buggy, mod truck and 4wd mod will run qualifiers and mains on sunday.

Quailifiers will be 5 minutes - IFMAR qualifying
Mains will be:
Stock - 7 minutes
Mod - 6 minutes
Brushless - 10 minutes

BTW NO AAA mains we will do 2 bump ups per main. No gate starts for electric.
Definate tracks hosting an event so far:

South
Toys 4 Big Boys - San Antonio
Indy RC - Garland
K&M Raceway - Houston

North
Dirt burners RC - Michigan
Planet RC - Indy
Leisure Hours - Joliet

There will be more tracks announced soon along with dates.

We are looking at doing atleast 4 divisons this year and expand as needed in the future.
Each division will host 3 races and score points just like our Nitro series with a National Finals to determine the National Champions in each class.

Is Fulton close to Dallas? There is an electric off-road series coming to Speed Racers Hobby in August. Sounds like they are having alot of fun and if it is close enough, you might give it a try. They are in KS this weekend and it sounds like the turnout is large. I think I may give it a try.
Check out the site at Speed Racers Hobby or www.uscentralracingleague.com.
