Default B4.2 or tlr 22 2.0

I know this is a debate or a while. Can't decide what car to run. I will be running an outdoor track with medium traction with some blue groove sections. Not a lot of big jumps mostly technical. Give some good advise on choosing. Thanks

what about a standard 22? its cheap right now.I think the b4.2 would be beter on a techinal track than the 22 though.

I just ordered a 22 2.0, so you know my answer . The regular 22 is freakin cheap...worth a look...almost half the price of a 2.0 I'm not really familiar with it though so I went with the 2.0

I think you need to ask around at the track and drive one of each and see which one works best for you. I have a 22. Got tired of chasing setups and bought a B4.2. I tried really hard to like the B4.2, but every time I put it down and grabbed the 22, I became a better driver. I sold the B4.2 and kept the 22.

the B4.2 was much better for me than the original 22. Don't know about the 2.0 but would strongly advise to avoid the first 22.

Look for someone that thinks the 22 2.0 is going to be the next great thing... and buy their B4.2/22-1.0 at a discount. The launch of a new buggy is the best time to buy the previous hot model...

I am sorry but you just cannot compare the original 22 to the new 22 2.0. The car is a whole new untamed, awesome beast. I have had so many people comment to me at the tracks about the new 22 2.0, it is not even funny...so many other cars on sale now.

The thing is different cars suit different drivers....I've always like associated cars and did good with them considering the amount of time I get to drive each month.....then I picked up a 22 that has the front modded like the teams used to run,I've raced it twice and tqed twice...not every car is for everyone..

Coming from the B4.2 to the new 22 2.0, I would never go back. The 22 2.0 is 10 times the car that the B4.2 is IMHO.

Thanks for all the info. Amain has the b4.2 on sale for $254 and the Losi is full pop. I love in Canada and my local hobby shop can't match that price. The best he could do is $274. It's tempting to do the b4.2 for the price.
