Default Mini quake glitching

So I finally got my duratrax miniquake, and I love it. It's fast, durable, and does some really nice jumps. Oh and it drives through grass with no problem. THe only negative thing about it is the glitching. Now, I've already separated the wires that were all bunched together, I've cahnged the receiver and radio, I got a longer antenna tube because the stock one is super short (this actually helped a little), but it still manages to glitch while I'm outside from time to time. What else can I do?
