I've drove a mbx7 nitro to e conversion as well as my own Eb48.1.

I was expecting to notice a large increase in stability but I was wrong.

For my driving style I will stick to my Tekno.

Both are planted, both have great steering etc.

Pick a brand you like and never look back.

quality

mugen > tekno > losi

steering

tekno > mugen > losi

price

losi > tekno and mugen

I'd pick the mugen just based on the wear and quality

consider the xb9e also

Its been diffs for my x ray. Never had to buy any other parts since I have owned it. Always diffs. Never broken arms , links , shock parts , drive shafts , axles, cvd's ,none of it . Just diff parts. Two ring gears at 40 bucks a whack aint cheap.

If it were me, I would probably go Mugen. The 3.0 is brand new and their first e-design buggy. That tells me there could be some "teething" problems and it might be better to wait a little bit on that one. I am a big Losi fan too. The Tekno, while proven and established now, has the weakest parts support of the three. That leaves the Mugen.

All the parts that matter on the Losi have been used in electric for years. All they changed was the position of the battery and center diff.

Another vote for Mugen here. Straightforward design and great materials.
