Esc getting hot

I have a tlr 22 rtr. My esc is getting very hot while the car is just sitting. Also motor does not turn when I apply throttle. Squeeze the trigger, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Swap motor. I nothing changes, your ESC is done.
