Default Electric Off road advice?

Hi
I recently burnt out my motor on my brushless ftx vantange, this was due to me getting a bigger battery. (turnigy 5000mAh 3 cell 11.1v) I was wondering could anyone recommend me a brushless esc and motor combo that functioned properly with this battery.

It'll help if you mention the vehicle you have.

Is there a specific reason for wanting to run a 3S lipo? (I only ask because it seems upgrading because of a battery goes backwards in my head.)

That makes sense. That being said, I've always been a fan of Castle's stuff. Mamba monster and whatever motor strikes your fancy perhaps?
