I've been running the Savox 1258tg without the HB servo saver since the release of this buggy. Can't go wrong with it. Also running the aluminum HB servo arm.

I've been using the Protek 100ss in several cars for the last year. Most recently in my d413. It puts out 168 oz-in of torque which is more than enough for any 1/10 race buggy. They take some serious abuse without any failures. I have them in a t5m, sc5m, b5m, and now my d413.

+1...great servo in my D413 & D216! The orange heat sink looks dialed in the HB buggies!

Also use the Protek 100ss in my T5m and b5m (great servos, great price) and the savox 1258 in the D413. Use the HB aluminum horn as well.

Didn't have any get off's i can think of that would cause it to break..the odd thing it's just the left rear that keeps breaking. (three times now).

Checked to see if anything else might be bent causing it to break...but its all square and good to go.

anyone else breaking right there?
I'm breaking there twice in two outings. Didn't think the crashes were that severe.

Default Bearings

Anyone replaced the stock bearings throughout? If so, any suggestions? Avid, others?

I replaced mine with avid. There was nothing wrong with stock bearings. Just wanted to change mine out.

Lately I've been using the Sworkz Sonic 6.5". They are super tough, look good and are only $6.19 for two at Amain.

I'm running Avid Ceramic bearings in my D413 and my Xray Xb2CE. Awesome bearings. I clean them with an ultrasonic cleaner and orange cleaner per Avid instructions. Bearings typically last the life of the car.

Last wing you will ever need for this buggy. Make sure you get the no hole version, measure twice and drill your holes and trim the wickerbill.

Available in Black Yellow Orange White no holes
