The only way that's happening is if the 2nd comes at a steep discount lol. I know some do, but I can't afford that, especially if it's $400+ a kit.

EDIT: I know nothing of it's pricing, but I wouldn't doubt that price range considering the countless aluminum and CF bits.

I was wondering on this if you have to flip the diffs over in the front/rear of the car to switch between saddle and shorty setup since the motor is swapped from rear endbell forward to shaft forward.

LHS has one on the shelf for $439 right now.. I passed it up too.

Though I like it and down the road I may get one later as well. After all what is the argument against having both other than budget?

I'm not sure why I didn't know about it before but I just assumed the 22-4 had gear diffs...I actually backed out because I didn't want to bother to maintain 2 ball diffs. Maybe a stupid reason but that's literally the only thing that kept me from buying. There's a NIB 22-4 in the For Sale section for $415 shipped.

Your not the only one fighting to hold out for the D413. I love my 22 2.0 and a 22-4 would be awesome, but i'll wait for the HB.

yes the diffs would have to be flipped. the manual will have diagrams on which direction they have to be installed depending on your battery configuration.

Same reason I'm waiting for the HB... Want a wheeler with gear diffs and capable of a shorty configuration. Plus it looked really good in person at the reedy race... Totally sold it for me
