Is there a good quality ball bearing set for the D413 anyone could recommend? I am looking to replace all bearings after this season

I prefer avid bearings my self. The yellow seal ones. For me they last much longer in my vehicles then boca.

I run Avid's as well, cheap and seem to hold up well.

These are two entirely different platforms and react entirely different from each other. If your looking for something towards a training tool for 1/8 Nitro, than your better off with a cheap used 1/8 E-Buggy or getting a used 4x4 SCT.

They are both built differently, maintained differently and driven differently.

Fast eddy bearings are top quality. I use them in all my vehicles. And they have free shipping when you spend 20$

From the first page...

the rear tower is a little more complex... if you notice the rear arms have two shock mounting holes that are not inline - the outer one is inline with the plane of the arm while the inner one is underslung providing a 'gullwing' geometry. the 'A' rear tower is optimized for the outer shock mount on the arm while the 'C' rear tower is optimized for the inner shock mount. the kit is supplied with the 'B' tower which in between the A & C towers.

Thanks I missed that.
Has anybody used the c tower and did you notice a difference?

The rears are the same as the B44. Fronts depend on the hex you use. 10mm id go with B44 again, 12mm you're gonna need Kyosho.

I use the C rear tower and like it better. I don't think it's "critical" to have though. With that said, I feel that it does turn better and is more predictable in slides. If you have $30 burning a hole in your pocket, it's worth a try for sure.
