So I just ordered the Schelle chassis. Pretty easy decision
I picked the car up 2nd hand and noticed the front top deck was broken. I could either spend 65 bucks for the top deck or 85 for the chassis. Really looking forward to getting it on and trying it this weekend.

What chassis is Ty running? He said he would only run the Avid chassis on very high bite.

HB prototype. He told me at cactus he runs the proto everywhere. But, if you are running high bite and dont have the proto, he felt the avid was the best. He suggested I use the avid for cactus, since the prototype chassis was not out. This was from his mouth, not some info a guy who knows a guy.

Here are some new parts available for your D413 from Factory-RC Products. Center diff mount: counter-sunk screws make a clean finish.
Shorty battery brace: has negative and positive markings on the ends to help prevent any reverse polarity accidents. Can be flipped to accommodate different battery configurations.
Rear camber plate: additional holes for more tuning options as well as lighter over stock piece.

Didn't they originally make a carbon rear camber plate but it kept breaking? So had to make it alloy? Is this one going to be strong enough?

I got excited about new center diff mounts..... then I looked and realized it is just a cap. I would prefer motor mounts that let you take the center diff up and out like everyone else. a cf center caps is..... well lame.

With the Schelle chassis (only one I tried), you can take off the front top brace, front diff mount, and fenagle the diff forward and out the top. No moving motor or removing the rear mount.

No issues running this piece. It is 3mm thick btw.

Too open ended... really depends on your track conditions and material.

For most of the tracks I've been to in NE OH, I run 7-100-5 and that car feels super planted. My home track is Med-High bite clay mixture and we run M4 Electrons and Ions

Medium size outdoor track. Clay base that does get rough as the day goes on. Some 90 degree turns and 5 180 degree turns. Tends to get dusty later in the day. Lap times were running about 30 seconds per lap.

Typical rule of thumb I use for center diff.

Low-Medium Traction: 60k center fluid

Medium/High- High Traction: 100k center fluid.
