Order some x rings for the shocks, ae green slime for the shock gaskets and some tekno wire guides. Gonna pick up some Mobil 1 red synthetic grease for the front and rear diffs. Need to get some thread lock and shock/diff oil still, thinking AE 10/100/5 in the diffs and AE 32.5 in the front shocks and AE 27.5 in the rear with the stock Pistons. Thoughts?

I have all the electronics ready to go, just gotta solder when I get the car and can cut the wires to length. Using Deans 12awg.

That's incorrect....In order to match performance you'd need to buy the Newgen pistons @$25....the standard pistion is $13. I'm no mathematician but that doesn't seem like twice as much.

Pick up this and drill the blanks...Looks like TY is sold on the 1.6 and 1.7 ..which is great..but if you have other cars that set-ups call for pistons that are not made aftermarket..it's priceless.

I'm beginning to feel the same way. Maybe I'll go xray or yoko next time.

Sad because the buggy is amazing. Seems like alot of people are ready to move on. What happened to HPI anyway? As little as 5 years ago it seemed like HPI parts were everywhere around here.
