haha, it is better than it was. Some parts of the track are very grippy and rutted. Other parts have less bite and are smoother. There was a few times where the car got very upset quickly. It defiantly does not settle in quickly. On some of those doubles, I had to pause for a split second for the car to settle down. In comparison, my b5m is very easy to drive and pulls the same laptimes as my 4wd, lol. Made me a little sad.

I am running the kit setup on most of the car, including sway bars. I did go with middle inner camber link and top outside in the rear. Outside (short) front camber link. I was running 1 limiter front, 0 limiter rear with the eyelets all that way tightened. I wanted to see if less droop helped with the traction rolling. I do feel like that helped a little. Running 1.3 pistons with 42.5/37/5 and traxxas xrings. Clay slicks. 10/100/7 diff oils. Shorty in the middle position

I ran the AE X-rings for a little. They are not the right size as they will suck air into the shocks creating unwanted rebound. Switched back to stock. No more issues.

Sometimes you just have to stay with what you know.

I did like how the x-rings felt, but didnt feel like working on my shocks in between every heat.

yeah, several people have had issues with the AE xrings in the d413 shocks. The traxxas ones seem fine. No leaking or excessive air.

Still using stock orings here with no issues and just rebuilt them to Emulsion this weekend at big race and felt smooth as butter.

Dont use the TLR pistons. They are NOT a direct fit. RCShox has some machined pistons out for the car, I would get those.

haha, I just posted a video above running high bite with slicks. I have plenty of steering. Are you referring to on or off power steering on entry?

I just built my shocks this weekend emulsion style with the TRX x-rings as suggested here and they were great at Sarurday night practice. I drilled my own 2x1.6 and 2x1.7 pistons and am definitely on the right path with the handling of this car (running 32.5/37.5 oil).

Unforunately, our Test track was torn down earlier this summer to make way for our building expansion. The track won't be rebuilt till next spring.

We have no doubt the setup with the Pro 2/RSX will work good.

What kind of EPA are you guys using with the aluminum HB horn and steering link in the stock hole? I've been running mine in the inner hole because I had to turn my EPA way down to get it set right in the rear hole. Guess I'm trying to figure out if its just me or I've not thought of something. Thanks!

What does everybody use to lube CVD's now days ? Think I use to just use MIP grease but cant find any at my LHS unless I buy a CVD kit I wont need lol. I built my car yesterday but didnt grease them will just have to take them back out to lube not a big deal !

Only problem I had was I was tightening one of the 4 screws on the center diff and it wouldnt get tight and the screw imbeded into the gear and now it doesnt turn straight when its in the car and I spin it... gonna try it but hopefully wont have an issue with it. Did anybody else use washers for these tiny screws ? Just seems like that is a really soft plastic for that small of a screw....

And my integy driver set didnt come with a 2mm and 3/4 of the screws on this car are 2mm ! Ended up using the 3/32 which is 1.95 close enough I guess !
