LOL I love it!!! Nothing like friends messing with one another. I guess that's what you get for a half ass paint job. LOL

I miss the camaraderie with my Paintball buddies. But that's a different crowd. Rude, crude, vulgar, and highly offensive whenever possible. Hence why it's never enjoyed a successful TV stint.

Yes sir! I've got the battery all the way forward to try and compensate. I've only had it out once and still have some tuning to do, but I couldn't complain about its position at all.

esc rear. the wiring is cleaner this way because of shorter wires and you can use a short sensor wire. it also makes it easier to get to the center diff. the battery is full forward to compensate.

Driving wise did it take away steering?
Did it add rear bite?

felt pretty much the same because the battery was moved forward. normally when the esc is up front the battery is in the middle position.

First night at the track went great ! I used Ty's setup from OCRC Reedy race (except shock pistons & oil weights). The car was easy & fun to drive. I'm the first person at my local track to have a D413. Everyone was checking it out. A friend of mine drives for Tekno, but his 10th scale 4x4 buggy is an Xray. I let him drive the D413 for a few minutes. Looks like he's ready to switch

Probably have 30 minutes of drive time on it. Spur gear looks perfect. 7.5t speed passion with a Robinson racing absolute steel 22t pinion. Temps are good with no fans.

Oh yeah, one more thing... She looks even better when she's dirty....

Man my first night out (tonight) was a nightmare... Kid didn't yell "straight!" And his car was flipped over towards the end of the straight and here I come full speed... WHAMMO! Broke hinge pin and the part that I didn't want most to break... The dreaded SPUR GEAR... Now I'm shelf queenin it with the other spurless d413 owners. Up to that point though car was plush and smooth... Pleeeaaase spur gears come in stock soon!

Is anyone else having trouble with the stock servo saver ?? My D413 steering would not center, it would always pull to one side or the other . It even ruined my main at the Jconcepts summer nats by sticking to one side making the car pull hard to the left, I even ca glued it and tightened it all the way down. So I put a clamping style pro aluminum servo horn on this one is a perfect fit with the ball stud facing the front of the car.
