You are going to have to do something pretty nuts to break it or get hit head on. Its really solid i like the buggy. I pulled several 15 second laps with this past weekend and traction was down. I only turned 1 15 second lap the weekend before with my X-ray . Fast laps are high 15's and low 16's. I wasn't as consistent with it but only because i had 5 minutes of drive time before race. Its an awesome buggy

Having an issue with body slap at my local track. Need stiffer springs, but all the HB ones are still on back order. What are readily available springs that work on the D413?

associated big bore springs work. durango springs are just a bit too narrow. they work, but you really have to force them to get them on the collar and cup.

Kyosho springs also work (xgear). I'm running them on my car now.

Northern California is full of guys with 4x4 SC's that shouldn't have a radio in their hands let alone the 4pole motor they are running. Accidents happen so it's very possible that head on crash will happen It feels just like when I ran for HB when sedans were big. Being sponsored in the US yet buying all instock parts over seas....LOL Everything I want with the exception of front arms are in stock on the website posted on the previous page.

Thanks as well. I placed an order for a few little things, since I bent a shock shaft. I straightened it but want a replacement. Although if you choose their version of UPS, shipping is about 80bps, so I chose snail mail. LOL

when the buggy dudes at our track are tired of the 4wd SC's they ask me if I want to bump them of the track with my HB 413. and Im happy to do that.

    no spares needed

Well, I was sad, and not being able to drive made it worse...

I ended up spending about an hour with a #11 blade cleaning all material out of the spur gear. I am 99% sure I've got enough tooth to get a good 'bite' and try this new SMC motor out too...

Any word of changed status on parts/orders yet????

I have a 'pre/back order on a bunch of parts too... I'll update if/when mine ship if there isn't other news first~
