I am assuming you drove the older Durango and from what I've heard, they made numerous improvements?

I know it is...but i still like the mini 8ight's design much more than any of the Traxxas or other mini's I've had. So adjustable and doesn't seem cheap. I just don't think the 8ight-T is worth the extra price

EDIT: Finally just said forget it and bought the Durango lol

Got the DEX408T together, also have tires on the way and just a couple finishing touches before it's running. The assembly went together very well, again I like the design, but they did have one step in the instructions were they had to revise it once, and then the parts being assembled had the wrong hole threaded lol

Oh well, tis expected for a new kit, I'm really anxious to see it run! lol

Assembly notes:
The Castle 2200kv motor BARELY fits, as in certain sized pinions would run the motor against the mud guard and they is maybe two millimeters of clearance length wise too. I am also having to space the battery farther away from the motor since the motor shaft is pushing into the battery (it's a soft case).

What you see:
I found a pack of four of the old pro-line wings for cheap on eBay and am going to use them for bashing since they are stiffer than the stock one.
I am fitting longer than "recommended" batteries, modifying the battery tray's to fit them.
