Can anybody recomend full size single rate springs for powerstrokes, I don't really see the need for dual rate and what just like to run a single rate. I am currently running red/red in front and yellow upper red lower in back.

I had power strokes and couldn't find a good replacement spring. Good luck with your search.

I let my buddy with a slash and proline shocks use AE springs from my SC10 seemed to work just fine.

I have the whole spring kit for 10.2 shocks, I was thinking about maybe trying then, but since they are a lot shorter the springs would have to thread down quite a bit, that would be ok with me, Just seems like there would be more preload, but I could be wrong.

Was also debating d8 shocks, but not sure if the springs would bind with my turnbuckles, its pretty close as it.
And the truck handles pretty good, but I would prefer single rate, so not sure what springs that would work. On front I am running primary yellow spring 7.3 lbs/in and red 8.1 lbs/in for the secondary. according to prolines this gives me a rate of 3.8 prime 8.1 seconadry

On the rear I have primary yellow 7.3 and secondary red 8.1

otal I guess I have 3.8prime spring and 8.1 for secondary rate Not sure what all that means, I mean I have an ideo, I have a roar car the I race, but any progressive rate springs I have had get tossed before they are even installed (cheap stuff anyways,

Also at this point should I just through d8's or another big bore that someone might recomend

I run the the rear spring on the front shocks and I turn the shock collar down until I can use only the single spring on the rear. They Proline Springs will work just fine.

Also check out M2C racing, they have a tapered 5 hole piston for the Powerstroke shocks, they work awesome.
